For me as a customer t is very important to have contact with companies who are recognizable due to their indefectibility. When I am buying a product or a service I want to be sure that I have spent my money the right way and that I will be satisfied with the results of working of this product. That is why I am trying to be up to date with all the news concerning the biggest companies to know whether everything is OK with them. Otherwise I would probably look for firms producing similar products and see what is their quality. I think that there is no person who would be willing to buy a product that is known to be faulty. Real problems appear when we buy product that is supposed to work fine and after few weeks we can see first problems with it. I had a situation like this recently although not with a product but a service. I signed up for a driving course last month and yesterday I wanted to book theory test but there was an error on the website. Every time I typed in my data there was a message saying that I have to log in to book theory test. But I wasn"t able to do it! At this moment this company has lost a lot in my eyes and I wouldn"t advise you to use their services. Keep an eye out for such firms.
